Funeral Service conducted at the Doveton Park Funeral Centre or Church followed by an
interment in a new grave at the Ballarat New Cemetery.

- Booklets ~ 100 colour $270.00
- Photo presentation $120.00
- Catering (50 people sandwiches and slices) $575.00

Cemetery Fees:
Payments made to the Ballarat New Cemetery on your behalf.
- Garden Lawn - first interment $3752.10
Disbursements:
- Direct payments made on your behalf.
- Celebrant Fee $418.00
- Death Certificate $29.95
- Casket Sheaf $120.00
Newspaper notices:
- Ballarat Courier (60 lines) $231.00
- Herald Sun (40 lines) $408.00
Sub-total (Cemetery fees and disbursements) $4959.05

All prices include the GST. As of 1 July 2010 some cemetery /crematorium products became exempt from GST if purchased directly from the cemetery / crematorium office. However if purchased through your funeral director, gst must be added to all products.
